VILLAS DEL SOL is located in Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic JUST 3 BLOCKS WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE INFAMOUS JUAN DOLIO, VILLAS DEL MAR BEACH!
Villa is a duplex and has 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, living room, dining room, 2 terraces, 2 car garage, and small office/bar area.
It is located just 20 minutes from the Santo Domingo, Las Americas Airport, 30 – 35 minutes away from downtown Santo Domingo, 15 minutes away from Boca Chica, 10 Minutes away from Guayacanes, 20 Minutes away From San Pedro De Macoris and 45 Minutes away from La Romana.
The neighborhood has a car rental just 6 or 7 blocks away from Villas Del Sol (Faenza Car Rental). There's a taxi service approximately 2 blocks away (entrance to Barcelo Capella Resort), Moped rental daily/weekly rentals, Four Wheel Adventure tours, Scuba Diving, mini markets(grocery stores), internet/call centers, golfing, horseback riding, restaurants and much more…

- The Bella Suite: this is the Master Suite which is equipped with a King Size bed, 32 inch Flat Panel LCD TV, DVD Player, A/C, Flat Panel AM/FM/CD System w/MP3 connector, terrace overlooking the pool with color changing mood light bulbs for great ambiance, mini refrigerator, unique curtain system, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, toilet, bidet and sink, huge closet and large sitting area.
- The Blue Suite: this is the Junior Suite which is equipped with a Queen Size bed, 27 inch Flat Panel LCD TV, DVD Player, A/C, iPod/MP3 Docking Speakers, awesome HE and SHE unique/romantic lamps, wall to wall closet, unique curtain system, private bathroom with tub, toilet and sink.
- Le Petite Suite: this is the Deluxe Suite which is equipped with a Queen Size bed, 27 inch Flat Panel LCD TV, DVD Player, A/C, iPod/MP3 Docking Speakers, unique bamboo curtains system, and private bathroom with tub, toilet and sink.
- Kitchen: is FULLY equipped with all utensils, dishes, glasses, tumblers, wine/champagne glasses, shot glasses with mini ice bucket, large refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, plate mats and art deco light on ceiling.
- Dining Room: is equipped with a glass/dark wood table with seating for 6, unique curtain system, terrace that leads to back of unit as well as washing area which is equipped with a Washer and Dryer and an awesome unique art deco lighting wall design and ceiling.

- Small Bar/Office Area: villa has a small bar w/2 stools which you can utilize when entertaining guests. Within that same area there's a desktop computer with Flat Panel Monitor and unlimited internet access so while you are away you can communicate with friends or business via email.
- Villa also has a local phone line which allows for free incoming calls but must purchase calling cards to make outbound calls (included w/rental). There's also a US phone line w/US phone number which allows for unlimited calls to the US, Puerto Rico and Canada and incoming calls from the US, Puerto Rico and Canada would be considered local calls to your callers as well (additional rental fee applies)
- This area also comes equipped with a Flat Panel AM/FM/4 CD Changer Music System with MP3 Connector.
- Villa has a 2 car garage and the Villas Del Sol Complex has a Gazebo, and onsite pool for your use as well.
- Villa rental includes all bed linen and towels for use at Pool and Beach area.
Pricing Information:
- January 10 - April 30: $1,000 - 7 days/6 nights up to 4 guests (plus $350 up to 6 guests)
- May 1 - June 15: $750 - 7 days/6 nights up to 2 guests (plus $450 up to 6 guests)
- June 16 - December 14: $1,000 - 7 days/6 nights up to 4 guests (plus $350 up to 6 guests)
- December 15 - January 9: $1050 - 7 days/6 nights up to 2 guests (plus $450 up to 6 guests)
- Maid cleaning service available
- Long Term Rental Available
- Minimum of 3 night rental
